Dear Colleagues,

As part of the BEAI Continuing Education Series for Clinical Engineers, the BEAI is inviting you to attend the Endoscopy Equipment and Technology Workshop – BEAI education session.

A detailed course, covering history of Endoscopy, endoscopic equipment, clinical procedures and practical workshops.
This course aims to bring participants right up to date, with current guidelines and practices in modern endoscopy systems and clinical environment.

Who Should Attend?
Clinical Engineers, Theatre/Endoscopy Nurses and Clinicians, Health & Social Care Professionals.

Three Endoscopy equipment suppliers will lead 3 workshops - Olympus, Pentax (Sword Medical) and Fuji (HSL)
Delegates will be divided into three workshops and will be able to attend each workshop by rotation.
Workshops will cover:

  • General endoscopy overview
  • Equipment history
  • Modern technology
  • Current equipment/procedures
  • Technical issues – workshop
  • Q&A

Online registration is open to all BEAI members 2019 at discounted rate €10. Active BEAI membership is required. Priority will be given for Individual Members (Public and Private Hospitals Clinical Engineers)

Online registration for Non BEAI Members - €20 (limited places)
