As we prepare for the 2025 Annual Scientific Conference, the organising committee would like to invite you to submit an expression of interest for oral or poster presentation.

The theme for the 2025 conference is Clinical Engineers: Agents of Transformation. The venue is the Limerick Racecourse & we’re excited to announce that Rockford Healthcare have come on board as this years Gold Sponsor. Please see attached flyer.
Having listened to feedback, the BEAI have decided to expand this years conference. We believe that the conference provides a great opportunity for colleagues to network, engage & collaborate. Therefore in 2025, it is our intention to host a pre-conference exhibition on Thursday 25th from 2pm onwards. We plan to invite the local schools & colleges to the exhibition along with a general opening for delegates maximising exposure time in the exhibition area. We will have a parallel workshop on Medical Device Connectivity & are exploring the option to host a social event on Thursday evening for those who may wish to attend. The organising committee are finalising the conference programme format which we will share with you as soon as possible.
