BEAI Spectrum Journal Guidelines for Authors
- Authors should submit the article title, author name, full job title and place of practice at the top of the article, along with a profile picture where possible.
- Each article should include a brief intro.
- Articles are 700 words per page.
- At least three sub-headings within each article.
- Maximum of three figures or three tables in each article and clearly marked
- Images/photos should be 300 dots per inch (DPI) and graphs/tables should be high resolution with references or sources supplied where needed.
- Images/photos and graphs/tables, should not be embedded in the text as these will not be used as they are too low resolution.
- Picture captions should read: e.g. (l-r) Brian Kearney, Oleg Shrolik and Meabh Smith, Beaumont Hospital.
- References should be clearly marked in the text in order and listed at the end of the article under References, in the Vancouver style.
- Common Italian terms such as et al, in vitro/ in situ in regular font.
