Fleming Medical seeks a focused commercial leader to join our Healthcare Team. In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales team, ensuring the successful execution of commercial strategies and delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) reporting directly to the CEO as part of the senior team.
You will bring strategic vision, strong leadership, and hands-on sales experience, ideally within Healthcare or Medical Devices, to coach, inspire, and elevate our office and field-based teams. This role is based at our head office, with regular travel to major hospitals and key customer accounts nationwide and international business partner.
