The HSE National Telehealth Steering Group is conducting a review of remote monitoring solutions that enable supported self-management approaches currently in use in Irish healthcare, both within the context of the current COVID-19 pandemic and relevant to standard healthcare delivery.
As part of this national steering group, we are currently compiling an inventory of remote monitoring solutions that are already in use across the Irish Health System. We would really appreciate if our members could submit their solutions to the link below:
Remote Monitoring in Healthcare - Ireland June 2020
This survey aims to gather information on remote patient monitoring solutions currently used in the Irish Health System. This information will inform the work of the Remote Monitoring to Support Self-Management Working Group; a subgroup of the HSE National Telehealth Steering Committee.
In this instance, remote monitoring refers to physiological monitoring which may be prescribed or recommended by a healthcare professional, which a patient may use for self-management, or which records patient data in the home environment for review by a healthcare professional.
Devices/Apps/software may be for self-management, education, communication, and/or remote monitoring.
Please note that the survey is anonymous and that no data on users who submit information (such as IP address etc) is being stored.
