PhD Studentship in Biomedical Engineering

 

The Monaghan Lab at Trinity College Dublin is seeking PHD students for the ERC Consolidator Grant PiezoMac project focused on the development, characterization and application of novel materials in the application of immunomodulatory repair in cardiac tissue. The researchers will work closely with other members of a multidisciplinary project team including PIs and postgraduate researchers within this research cluster. This is an innovative cutting-edge project which will yield transformative developments in the field of Biomedical Engineering.

BEAI Member : Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics

 

The BEAI are pleased to present the Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics for Clinical Engineers devised by the Executive Committee of the Biomedical/Clinical Engineering Association of Ireland. The code specifies the standards of ethics, conduct and performance expected of clinical engineers who are members of the BEAI. This Code outlines the standards of ethical behaviour and conduct that the public expects from clinical engineers. Each year members will be asked to pledge that they comply with the Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics. It is essential that all members read, understand and meet the standards set out in this Code.
