We are very sad to inform you of the death of our colleague Mr Pat Horan who passed away on Saturday 7th of October in the loving care of his family and the staff of St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Sincere sympathies are extended to the family, friends and colleagues of Mr. Tom Smyth, co-founder and former chairperson of the Biomedical/Clinical Engineering Association of Ireland (BEAI) and former Clinical Engineer in St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Tom played a key role in the development of the biomedical/clinical engineering profession and will be sadly missed.About Us
